Ice-Trade Belt Buffing Machine

Developed to buff conveyor belts, there where sidewalls or cleats must be installed, this with plc control and touch screen, fully automatic.

The Belt Buffing Machine, with three grinding heads, buffs the spots where the cleats or side walls need to be mounted. The three heads can be set individual.

For the grinding of the sidewall placement, the belt is pulled trough the itbm at max. 3,2 m/min.

Only buffing, there where the cleats have to be installed is also possible. In that case the lengthwise heads remain in upward position.

The Belt Buffing Machine comes with a dust suction system.

Standard the Belt Buffing Machine can grind following patterns: length wise, cross wise, cross wise with steps, a combination of the former patterns and full through: the complete surface of the conveyor belt is buffed.

As an option we offer the possibility that the ice-Trade Belt Buffing Machine can grind also in v-shape, for the production of chevron belts.
