This wine is produced in Vittoria in Sicily (South Italy). The vineyards are planted sapling or-trained and give a yield of about 80 hectoliters per hectare.
The harvest begins in late August and early September depending on the weather. Wine making is done at a controlled temperature. The wine is moved for a short period in steel tanks, then is aged in wooden casks until it reaches the highest elevation of quality, after it is bottled.
